摘    要:随着海洋油气田开发不断向深水延伸,水下生产系统已经成为深水开发中的主要模式。水下中心管汇是水下生产系统中油气资源集输、水下控制的关键装备。通过对国内外水下中心管汇项目进行系统研究,选择深水典型水下吸力锚基础式带控制系统中心管汇作为研究对象,从其组成、关键设备接收技术要求、制造及测试工艺流程、技术风险点等方面阐述了水下吸力锚式中心管汇的制造、测试技术,为我国水下生产设施的制造提供借鉴。

Abstract:With the development of offshore oil and gas fields extending to deep water, the subsea production system has become the main mode of deepwater development. The subsea central manifold is the key equipment for the underwater control of oil and gas resource gathering and transportation in the subsea production system. Through systematic research on domestic and foreign underwater central manifold projects, the central manifold with a control system based on a typical deep-water suction pile was selected as the research object, from its composition, key equipment receiving technical requirements, manufacturing and testing process flow, technical risk points, and special equipment system, the manufacturing and testing technology of the underwater suction pipe central manifold were explained in detail. It provides a reference for the manufacturing of China’s underwater production facilities.
