Fe3+-H+交联型防紫外线海藻纤维膜的性能研究及表征

摘    要:本研究以海藻酸钠为原料,制备离子结合型防紫外线纤维膜。对海藻纤维膜水溶液稳定性、紫外辐射稳定性与热稳定性进行了初步分析,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析了纤维膜的微观结构。结果表明,选用FeCl3-HCl交联体系,FeCl3质量浓度为0.6%,HCl体积分数为0.4%,交联时间为15 min时Fe3+-H+海藻纤维膜的综合性能最佳,即长波紫外线透射率2.92%,抗拉强度最大为33.75 MPa,断裂伸长率良好为19.54%。Fe3+-H+海藻纤维膜离子交联密度高,内部结合紧密,各项稳定性良好,为抗紫外线纤维材料的研究与开发提供了参考信息。

Abstract:Taken sodium alginate as raw material, ion-bonded UV-resistant fiber film was prepared in this subject. The stability of the aqueous solution of the fiber membrane, the stability of ultraviolet radiation, and the thermal stability were preliminary analyzed. The scanning electron microscope (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), and XRD were used to analyze the microstructure of the fiber membrane. The results showed that when the cross-linking conditions were 0.6% FeCl3 and 0.4% HCl complex solution for 15 min, the comprehensive performance of Fe3+-H+ alginate fiber membrane was the best, that is, the long-wave ultraviolet transmittance was 2.92%, the tensile strength was up to 33.75 MPa, and the elongation at break rate was good at 19.54%. The Fe3+-H+ alginate fiber membrane had high crosslink densities, the internal bonding was close and the stability was good, which would provide a valuable lesson for the research and development of UV-resistant fiber materials.
