| 摘 要： | 该研究制备了多氯联苯（PCB118）半抗原，基于该半抗原研制出一种能够检测饲料中多氯联苯的胶体金免疫层析试纸条。结果表明，该试剂条检测限为10 μg/kg，检测时间约为15 min，假阳性率和假阴性率均为0。与多氯联苯PCB52、PCB101、PCB28、PCB138、PCB153、PCB180等药物无交叉反应，特异性较好，12个月内稳定性指标均符合要求，技术指标均符合《农残办技术材料要求及审查程序》对快速检测产品的要求，该试纸条适用于基层实验室的大批量样本检测，具有实际意义。

| Abstract: | In this study, a colloidal gold colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip capable of detecting polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB118) in feed was developed by preparing PCB 118 hapten. The results showed that the detection limit of the test strip was 10 μg/kg, the detection time was about 15 min, the false positive rate and false negative rate were 0. The test strip had no cross-reaction with PCB52, PCB101, PCB28, PCB138, PCB153, PCB180. The specificity was good, all the stability indexes met the requirements in 12 months, and the technical indicators were in line with the requirements of the 'Technical Requirements and Examination Procedures of the Disability Office' for rapid product testing. The test strip was suitable for large-scale sample detection in grassroots laboratories, and had practical significance. |
