摘    要:南海西部文昌某油田ZJ-1地层为低孔低渗,为提高其单井产量、增加泄油面积,提出了采用五级分支井钻井技术的开发方式,并成功研制ø244.47 mm斜向器、ø209 mm壁挂式悬挂器、ø169 mm井眼导向器等新型五级分支井工具。通过优化井身结构设计与分支点选择,利用旋转导向系统对轨迹的精确控制,形成了海上油田五级分支井钻井技术,解决了五级分支井在钻井方面存在的轨迹控制、壁挂式悬挂器坐挂、井眼重入等技术难题,对提高单井泄油面积和控制储量有积极意义,为海上低孔低渗储层开发提供新的思路。

Abstract:In order to more effectively develop the Wenchang low-permeability reservoirs and increase production per single well, a development method using level 5 multilateral well drilling technology was proposed to enlarge reservoir drainage. Novel tools such as ø244.47 mm whipstock,ø209 mm hook hanger, and ø169 mm lateral drilling diverter have been successfully developed, which realized the level 5 multilateral well drilling technology in offshore oil oilfield byoptimization of the well structure design and window cutting point selection by using rotary steering tool to accurately control the trajectory. The technology solves the problems of level 5 multilateral well in drilling technology such as accurately trajectory control, hook hanger setting, and main hole with selective reentry function after completion. This technology has positive significance for increasing the drainage area of a single well and controlled reservoirs and provides a new idea for the development of low porosity and permeability offshore reservoirs.
