摘    要:在油气井钻开储层时,极易发生井涌、井喷等事故,井队必须储备大量的备用加重钻井液,以实现快速压井,确保井控安全。储备加重钻井液的配制通常采用常规的混浆设备进行混配,效率低、劳动强度大,同时造成巨大的浪费。开展了快速自动加重配浆系统的研制。该系统由快速混浆装置、空气动力装置、除尘装置、钻井液密度自动检测装置、自动控制系统、HMI人机交互终端等组成。现场应用表明,快速自动加重配浆系统最大混配速度2.2 t/min,配浆精度0.00 1 g/cm3,混浆均匀, 可适用于各种不同工况作业的要求。

Abstract:When drilling the reservoir in oil and gas wells, it is very easy to occur to well kick, blowout, and other accidents. The drilling crew must reserve a large amount of standby weighted drilling fluid to achieve rapid well killing and ensure the safety of well control. Conventional slurry mixing equipment is generally used for the preparation of reserve weighted drilling fluid, which has low efficiency, high labor intensity, and a huge waste. Therefore, the development of a rapid automatic weighting slurry mixing system was carried out. The system is composed of a rapid slurry mixing device, aerodynamic device, dust removal device, automatic detection device of drilling fluid density, automatic control system, HMI human-computer interaction terminal, etc. The field application shows that the maximum mixing speed of the fast automatic weighting slurry mixing system is 2.2 t/min, the slurry mixing accuracy is 0.001 g/cm3, the slurry mixing is uniform, which can be applied to the requirements of operation under different working conditions.
