摘    要:高炉炉料要求所用球团矿砷含量低于0.08%, 郴州三十六湾河道尾砂制酸硫酸渣砷含量为2.08%。本文在分析砷及含砷矿物的理化性质和研究矿物学特征的基础上, 采用球团预氧化-弱还原工艺, 开展铁精矿中砷的脱除研究。结果表明, 在还原时间80 min, 还原温度1 150 ℃条件下, 球团矿中砷的含量降低到0.101%, 接近高炉生产要求。

Abstract:Pellets, if used as burdens for blast furnace, must be lower than 0.08% in terms of arsenic content. However, the arsenic content is 2.08% in the slag after preparation of sulfuric acid with tailings sand from Sanshiliuwan Riverway in Chenzhou City. Based on analysis of physicochemical properties and mineralogical characteristics of arsenic and arsenic-bearing minerals, arsenic removal from iron concentrate was studied by the preoxidization-weak reduction process. Experimental results showed that controlling the preoxidization at a temperature of 1 150 ℃ for 80 min leads to the arsenic content in pellet reduced to 0.101%, which almost meet requirement for blast furnace.
