高温高压尾管悬挂器研制与应用

摘    要:针对深井尾管固井中尾管下入深、载荷大、尾管下入困难、井底温度高、压力大以及井下环境恶劣等特殊固井问题,采用V型双向密封套、三瓣式带流通槽锥套和直连式尾管胶塞总成的优化结构设计,开发出适用于高温高压井的BH-XGH型尾管悬挂器。从工具的结构设计、仿真分析、性能评价等几方面进行了详细阐述,从理论上验证了高温高压尾管悬挂器的性能参数。现场应用5井次,解决了深井、超深井高温高压尾管固井的耐高温高压、小间隙、载荷能力、碰压成功率等系列技术难题,为国产工具的推广应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:In view of the special cementing problems of liner running deep, heavy load, difficult liner running, high bottom hole temperature, high pressure and bad downhole environment in deep well liner cementing, bh-xgh liner hanger suitable for high temperature and high pressure wells is developed by using the optimization design technology of V-type bidirectional sealing sleeve, three petal cone sleeve with flow groove and direct connected liner rubber plug assembly. The structural design, simulation analysis and performance evaluation of the tool are described in detail, and the performance parameters of high temperature and high pressure liner hanger are verified theoretically. Five well times of field application has solved a series of technical problems such as high temperature and high pressure resistance, small gap, load capacity and bump success rate of high temperature and high pressure liner cementing in deep and ultra deep wells, which has laid a solid foundation for the popularization and application of domestic tools in the high-end market.
