榛蘑多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究榛蘑多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将50只小鼠按体重分为5组;分别为正常组、四氯化碳模型组、阳性对照组(联苯双酯200mg/kg/d)、榛蘑多糖大小剂量组(200、100mg/kg/d),每组10只。灌胃7d后,腹腔注射0.1%四氯化碳,24h后取血测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性,取肝测定肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果:榛蘑多糖可显著降低四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT和AST活性(P<0.01或P<0.05),也能明显降低四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤小鼠肝脏MDA含量(P<0.05),升高GSH-Px活性(P<0.01或P<0.05)和GSH的含量(P<0.05)。结论:榛蘑多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
