沙棘果汁树脂降酸工艺研究

摘    要:研究阴离子交换树脂降低沙棘果汁含酸量的效果。结果显示,D941弱碱性阴离子交换树脂能降低沙棘果汁酸度,升高果汁色值及透光率,对Vc的吸附能力较弱,其可滴定酸表观交换吸附量为2.70g/100mL,吸附平衡时间为3h,适宜工作流量为4BV/h,再生剂NaOH适宜浓度为0.2%,再生周期为4次。D941弱碱性阴离子交换树脂可用于沙棘果汁的降酸。
