| 摘 要： | 为了促进河流自然功能、生态环境功能和社会服务功能的协调发展,维持河流健康和水资源可持续利用,分析河流功能区划的内涵、分类体系,按禁止开发区、规划保留区、调整修复区和开发治理区对河流功能进行区划,并探讨划分依据与程序,为流域规划与管理提供依据。
