| 摘 要： | 论述环境水利学科的基本概念,阐述水资源保护、流域(区域、城市)环境水利和水利工程环境影响评价等研究的基本任务和内容,回顾中国水利学会环境水利研究会30年来开展的学术交流、科技咨询、技术培训等活动及主要成果,阐述水资源保护管理基本理论和方法、环境影响评价理论与方法、预测模型、水工程环境保护措施以及水生态系统保护与修复、重要河流湖畔补水、湿地生态修复等环境水利学科领域的成果应用和发展趋势及重点工作。
