毛葡萄籽油的化学成分分析及其对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

摘    要:研究毛葡萄籽油的化学成分及其药理学作用,为毛葡萄的进一步开发利用奠定基础。运用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析毛葡萄籽油的化学成分,并研究其对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。GC/MS分析显示,毛葡萄籽油成分以不饱和脂肪酸为主,占总量的83.6%,其中亚油酸占61.75%,油酸占18.76%;饱和脂肪酸主要为棕榈酸和硬脂酸,含量分别为9.86%和6.07%;动物药理学试验显示,毛葡萄籽油能显著降低高脂饲料引发的TC和TG升高,提高血清中HDL/LDL的比率,具有调节动物血脂的作用。毛葡萄籽油含有多种对人体有益的成分,具有广阔的市场开发前景。
