| 摘 要： | 采用乙醇水溶液提取五味子果实中的木脂素,添加4种乳化剂:单甘脂、EM、Tween20和Tween80,EM的乳化效果最好。加入EM后辅助提取五味子木脂素,结果表明:EM的适宜添加量是3%,适宜的乙醇浓度是80%,提取两次,木脂素的提取率高达96%,而未加EM的空白对照样,提取两次的提取率只有43%。

| Abstract: | Ethanol aqueous solution was used for the extraction of lignans from Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) baill. Among the four emulsifiers including monoglyceride, EM, Tween 20, Tween 80, emulsion was optimized for specified use by EM. With EM-assisted extraction of lignans, results show that the appropriate condition for extracting lignans is under 3% EM in 80% ethanol aqueous solution, with two times extraction, the ratio of lignans approached 96%, while without any emulsifier as control, the ratio of lignans w... |
