| 摘 要： | 指出建立预警机制下的水质预警系统对防范水污染事故的发生、降低水污染事故的影响具有积极作用,阐述渐变型预警和突发型预警的内涵及其相应的研究方法,综述目前国内外关于水质预警系统的研究及应用概况,进而从系统逻辑结构、监测网络及技术、水质预警方法、系统研究范围等方面对水质预警系统设计的进一步完善进行探索。
