摘    要:利用响应曲面法优化AB-8大孔吸附树脂对马齿苋多糖溶液的脱色工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,选取AB-8大孔吸附树脂用量、脱色温度和脱色时间3因素3水平进行响应面分析,建立马齿苋多糖溶液脱色率的二次多项数学模型。在分析各因素的显著性后,得5mg/mL马齿苋多糖溶液脱色工艺的最佳条件为:AB-8大孔吸附树脂用量为60g/L、脱色时间为207min、脱色温度为50℃,在此条件下,马齿苋多糖溶液脱色率为74.25%。
