| 摘 要： | 通过ox-LDL诱导的兔胸主动脉血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cell,VSMC),建立体外细胞模型,研究刺玫果多酚对VSMC增殖及VSMC分泌NO能力的影响。研究结果表明:刺玫果多酚具有抑制VSMC的异常增殖和提高NO生成量的功效,其作用机制可能与预防动脉粥样硬化的功能有关。

| Abstract: | The effects of rose hip polysaccharide on in vitro proliferation and NO level of rabbit thoracic artery vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) were studied.Our results indicate that rose hip polysaccharide is able to significantly inhibit the proliferation of VSMC induced by ox-LDL and elevate the NO level.The functional mechanism may be related to the prevention of atherosclerosis. |
