天然气汽车发动机低NOx燃烧排放技术研究现状

摘    要:天然气汽车在缓解能源短缺、降低汽车尾气污染和保护环境等方面具有较大的优越性,但其NOx的排放量仍然较高。为此,通过对国内外车用发动机低NOx燃烧与排放技术及其应用文献的综合与研究,阐述了天然气汽车发动机低NOx燃烧、排放技术特点、措施及现状。得到了目前天然气汽车发动机不同低NOx燃烧、排放技术的NOx减排量和变化趋势。结果表明,天然气作为汽车燃料将成为车用发动机燃料发展的重要方向,低NOx燃烧与排放技术是今后天然气汽车尾气减排技术的研究重点,而同时采取机内、机外净化措施,NOx的减排效果将更好。

Abstract:NGV has great advantages on mitigating the risk of being short of energy, reducing tail gas emission from automobiles and playing important roles in protecting environment, but the amount of NOx is still troublesomely high in fact. Through overall study on NOx combustion and emission techniques and the related literatures both at home and abroad, this paper expatiated on the characteristics, countermeasures and state-of-art techniques about low NOx combustion and emission when using natural gas as the power for vehicles. From the above-mentioned research, the important data were obtained on different reducing amount of NOx emission and the variety trend of different NOx combustion and emission techniques for NGV's engines. The result shows that natural gas will become the inevitable option for the fuel of automobiles in the near future and so low NOx combustion and emission techniques will surely be the research highlight on how to reduce NGV's exhaustion, and if taking the purification measures both inside and outside of the engine, the purpose of reducing NOx must be much more satisfactory.
