微量萃取气相色谱法测定工业废水中的间二甲基苯胺

摘    要:采用有盐析效应的溶剂微量萃取技术,以PEG-20M/Chromosorb WAW DMCS为固定相,用填充柱气相色谱法测定了工业废水中的间二甲基苯胺。方法回收率2,4-二甲基苯胺99.5%、2,6-二甲基苯胺101.3%、3,5-二甲基苯胺102.2%,最小检出质量浓度2,4-二甲基苯胺0.1 mg/L、2,6-二甲基苯胺0.2 mg/L、3,5-二甲基苯胺0.4 mg/L。该法用于测定废水试样和标准试样中的间二甲基苯胺,结果令人满意。

Abstract:m - Xylidine in waste water was determined on a packed column by gas chromatography after liquid - liquid micro - extraction with salting - out effect of sodium chloride of the relevant waste water sample. Fixed phase was PEG - 20M/ Chromosorb WAW DMCS. Recovery rate from spiked samples were 99.5% to 102.2 % , Detection limits were 0. 1mg/L to 0.4 mg/L. The method has been successfully applied for determination of m - xylidine in relevant waste water.
