磁流变液-泡沫金属减振器阻尼特性理论分析

摘    要:为解决常规减振器控制力小减振效果不理想的问题,设计了一种基于磁流变液—泡沫金属两相结构的新型减振器,在减振器工作原理的基础上推导出了其阻尼力模型。利用MATLAB软件中的Simulink模块建立了该阻尼力的仿真框图,并进行了实例仿真分析,理论分析及仿真结果表明:外界激励、泡沫金属的等效孔数和孔径对阻尼力影响较大,而等效孔长度对阻尼力几乎无影响,这为磁流变液—泡沫金属减振器的设计提供了有益的参考。
