摘    要:文章针对在传统高炉无料钟自动布料控制中,采用普通电机控制效果不好,存在能源浪费等问题,将伺服系统应用于高炉无料钟自动布料控制中,确保料流变动和倾角变动时系统的稳定性,在某炼铁厂1^#580m^3高炉取得了较好的控制效果和经济效益。

Abstract:In conventional Bell- less automatic distributing control of blast furnace, due to use of normal electic motor, control effect is poor and energy consumption is large. For this reason, servo system was applied to Bell - less automatic distributing control of blast furnace to ensure system stability when material flow and tilting angle were changed, It has been applied to 580m^3 blast furnace of a certain ironmaking works, control effect and economic benefits are better.
