| Abstract: | This paper introduces the commercial experiments of Re wire feeding in beam blank mould to produce Steel SS400.The following results were gained:the distribution of Re elements in the steel was uniform;the recovery ratio of Re varied from 81.9?% to 87.1?%;the spheroidizing effect of sulphide was good,resulting in an increase of low temperature impact toughness for the steel. |
