| Abstract: | The theory of Fermi operator is developed.Based on the new theory of quantum size effects for hydrogen atom,the exact quantum theory for hydrogen atom in the interaction of the orbit and the spin is discussed in detail.The energy level of hydrogen atom are presented. |
