橡胶水泥土的抗盐蚀结晶性能

摘    要:目的研究改善橡胶水泥土的离子侵蚀性能、抗渗性能等.方法采用不同的物质的量浓度NaCl和Na2SO4溶液以及不同掺量K4Fe(CN)6·3H2O对橡胶水泥土进行侵蚀试验.结果试验表明,Na2SO4溶液对橡胶水泥土的侵蚀破坏能力大于NaCl溶液,Na2SO4溶液在橡胶水泥土中的渗透性能低于NaCl溶液.橡胶粉的掺入提高了水泥土的抗盐蚀能力,且橡胶粉掺量越高,抗盐蚀能力越强,但橡胶粉粒径的影响则不显著.结晶改性剂K4Fe(CN)6·3H2O阻止了结晶化的进程,延长了试件断裂时间.结论橡胶粉阻碍了石膏、钙矾石产生的体积膨胀对试件的影响,起到了软性弹性体的作用,缓和体积膨胀应力,减少内部裂纹的发生与发展,提高了水泥土的抗盐蚀性能.

Abstract:By means of obtaining working performance of rubberized cement-soil in corrosive soil environment, this paper aims to improve salification erosion and crystallization resistivity of Rubberized Cementsoil. Erosion test was carded on by different concentration of NaCl and Na2SO4 solution, and by different K4Fe (CN)6· 3H2O content. The test indicated that erosion capability of Na2 SO4 solution was higher than NaCl solution, but the permeability was opposite. Rubber powder could improve salification erosion resistance, and the more rubber powder, the better salification erosion resistence was. But the effect of rubber powder particle diameter was not obvious. As crystallization modifiers, K4Fe(CN) 6 ·3H2O could prevent crystallization process and extend specimen to crack. In conclusion, rubber powder prevents gypsum and ettringite from cubical dilatation, which plays a role as soft elastic body. At the same time, rubber powder can ease cubical dilatation stress, so crack occurrence and development are decreased, and rubberized cement-soil salification erosion resistence is improved.
