一种新的零电压零电流开关的直流-直流变流器

摘    要:提出了一种新的零电压和零电流开关(ZVZCS)直流-直流变流器。此变流器采用一个原边辅助型变压器进行隔离,结构简单,仅使用一个辅助变压器和两个二极管来获得超前桥臂零电流开关(ZCS);辅助变压器的额定容量约为主变压器的10%。此变流器具有良好的负载电流控制能力,可使因电路的不对称性或瞬态现象而产生的磁饱和的可能性大大降低。这是采用变压器隔离的直流-直流变流器的一个十分重要的特色。该变流器的性能通过一个实验原型线路的测试得到了验证。

Abstract:Presented a new ZVZCS DC-DC converter.It uses a isolated transformer of primary-side-assisted.The converter has a simple structure.It uses only one auxiliary transformer and two diodes to provide ZCS for the leading leg.The power rating of the auxiliary transformer is about 10 % of that of the main transformer.The converter has a nice capability for load current control even in short circuit conditions.This DC-DC converter with transformer has a notable feature which is that possibility of magnetic saturation due to asymmetry of circuits or transient phenomena is greatly reduced.The operation principle of the proposed converter was analyzed in detailed.The performance of the proposed converter was verified by testing a experiment prototype.
