关于工资分配的数学模型的研究

摘    要:一个单位要发展,充分调动职工的积极性是至关重要的,其中一个重要的因素是合理地分配职工的收入。文章从一元线性回归模型入手,再修正到Logistic微分方程模型,合理地预期了职工未来若干年的工资增长情况,并且考虑了通货膨胀和单位财力所限对工资增长的影响。强调了提高实际收入较低的年青教师的工资增长速度的必要性。

Abstract:For a unit's development, it is crucial to promote the positive factors of the staff members. Among them one important factor involves the rational distribution of salary. This paper, starting from one-variable linear regression to Logistic differetial equation model, predicts a rise in salary in the coming years reasonably. Furthermore, taking the influence of inflation and the unit's financial capacity into account, puts special emphasis on raising the increasing rate of salary for those young teachers with low pay.
