| 摘 要： | 牛磺酸具有特殊的生物学功能,广泛应用于医药、食品、饲料、有机合成等领域。本文简述了牛磺酸的制备方法,通过各种合成方法的比较,提出牛磺酸合成技术的研究方向,同时分析了其应用前景。
