摘 要: | 海洋向人类提供食物的能力非常巨大,据国家海洋局测算,海洋可食物质等于世界上所有可耕地面积农产品的上千倍之多;而海洋食品营养极其丰富,每年可为人类提供30亿吨海产品,将可满足300亿人对食物蛋白质的需求。在食品短缺的今天,开发海洋资源对人类生存具有重大意义。

Abstract: | Seafood, including sea animals and sea plants, are rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals. It is projected that in the future 80% of protein supplied for human nutritional needs will have to be derived from seafood. Therefore, the further development of the seafood industry is an issue of the utmost importance for the sector. In this article, we review the nutritional values, functions and general development of seafood in China, as well as looking at global developmental trends. |
