漳河水库灌区干旱灾害成因与应对措施研究

摘    要:以湖北省漳河水库灌区1960~2005年的实际资料为依据,分析灌区水资源演变趋势,发现历史上曾多次出现单年或连续2年、3年、4年的枯水期,干旱灾害频率为两年一遇;探讨在2005现状年和2010水平年的情况下,灌区若遭遇1976~1979年和1984~1986年连续枯水年时,其综合缺水情况和各用水部门缺水率,2010水平年将比现状年缺水更为严重,为此对干旱灾害成因进行分析,为做好水库灌区抗旱工作提出具体的应对措施。

Abstract:Based on the irrigation practice in Zhanghe Reservoir Irrigation District,the water resource evolution trends are analyzed from 1960 to 2005 over the irrigation district.Historically,dry seasons of a single year,2 years or 3 years,or 4 consecutive years have appeared several times.Drought frequency is once in every two years.We discussed the comprehensive water shortage amount and the decentralized water shortage rate in 2005(as current year) and 2010(as level year),when facing consecutive drought like that...
