摘    要:以国际上常用的收益现值法为评估方法,结合天然气水合物开采的特点,建立了水合物气经济可采性分析模型,并通过对各种影响因素的量化处理,建立了各经济参量的表达式,使模型更易于实际操作。模拟计算的结果显示,即使把天然气水合物开采的经营成本提高到常规气体的2倍,地面工程投资提高至常规气开采的3倍,税率提高到25%,水合物气开采净现值仍然为正值,即仍然可以从天然气水合物开采中获得巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:An economically recoverable analysis model of gas hydrate is built according to the internationally utilized net present value method in combination with characteristics of natural gas hydrate exploitation. Through quantification processing of various influencing factors, the expression of every economic parameter is built to make the model easier for practical operation. The result of analog calculation shows that even if the operating cost of natural gas hydrate is increased to 2 times of that of conventional gas, surface engineering investment to 3 times of that of conventional gas, and tax rate by 25%, the calculated net present value is still positive, which indicates that we still can obtain huge economic returns from the project of gas hydrate exploitation. The other feature of the model is the introduction of inflation rate which makes the model closer to practical situation.
