强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯的研究

摘    要:在强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂存在下,以二乙二醇丁醚、醋酸为原料合成二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯,分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等条件对产品产率的影响,确定了最适宜工艺条件.该方法合成二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯的最适宜工艺条件是:反应温度95~100℃,反应时间2 h,n(二乙二醇丁醚):n(醋酸)=0.1:0.13;带水剂环己烷40 mL;催化剂用量1.4 g(以0.1 mool二乙二醇丁醚计).二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯收率可达到97.82%,产品纯度99.5%.催化剂不经处理可循环使用多次.该催化剂具有价廉易得、催化活性好、不腐蚀设备、无环境污染等优点.

Abstract:Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate was synthesized using diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and acetic acid as raw materials in the prensence of strongly acidic cationic exchange resin. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of raw materials, dosage of catalyst on the yield of the product were studied, and the optimum conditions were given as follows:reaction temperature of 95 - 100℃, reaction time of 2 hours, n ( diethylene glycol monobutyl ether) : n ( acetic acid) = 0. 1 : 0.13 ; the volume of cyclohexane as water carrying agent 40 mL, dosage of catalyst 1.4 g(based on 0. 1 mole of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). The yield of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate can reach 97.82%. Purity of the products is 99.5%. The catalyst could be repeatedly used for several times without treatments. Experimental result showed that the catalyst had many advantages, such as easy preparation, any low cost and high activity. It was also non - corrosive for equipments and pollution - free to the environment.
