长绒棉与Nomex混纺阻燃织物的开发

摘    要:采用长绒棉与Nomex450混纺开发阻燃织物,并对混比为20/80的长绒棉/Nomex450混纺织物进行阻燃处理.经测试发现,该织物极限氧指数达28.8%,完全达到难燃织物的极限氧指数要求,并且在水洗12次后极限氧指数仅降低0.35%;这种织物与Nomex450纯纺阻燃织物相比,成本可降低20%左右,且纱线的可纺性和织物的服用性能得到提高。

Abstract:Flame-retard fabric is developed by the blending of staple cotton fiber and Nomex450.After testing, it is found that the LOI of the fabric made from staple cotton fiber and Nomex450 at the ratio of 20:80 reaches 28.80/0,so that fabric answers the requirements of flame-retard fabric very well;the flame retardant durability of that fabric is also proved ideal by washing test,after being washed 12 times,the LOI of that fabric only reduces 0.350/0;compared with the fabric made from Nomex450,the cost of the fabric reduces about 200/0,meanwhile the comfort of fabric and the ease of spinning are improved.
