涡流法检测锈蚀的研究

摘    要:本文采用涡流法检测金属表面的锈蚀状况。设计、制作了双线圈涡流传感器及其相应的检测电路,通过实验确定了最佳的检测频率,建立了锈蚀程度与提离曲线之间的关系。实验证明了该法的可行性。

Abstract:A method of eddy current inspection of surface corrosion of metals has been presented in this paper. A new kind of double coiled eddy current sensor and its circuit have been designed. Through experiments, the optimum frequency for corrosion inspection has been found for the definition of the relationship between corrosion level and lift off curve. Laboratory experiments have verified the validity of the method.
