Abstract:Servo valves are very important for servo control systems. High requirements are placed on tolerance of valve cores and valve sheaths, the main parts of servo valves, so it is necessary to adopt an intelligent and automatic servo valve grinding system. This paper presents such a system controlled by a computer and can measure the valve output characteristics automatically and gives out grinding parameters and makes the manufacture of valve cores and valve sheaths easier and quicker.
