| 摘 要： | 分析了用湿法生产瓷绝缘子过程中产生伞部开裂(以下简称伞裂)的成因,并提出,在坯料中加入适当的添加剂,将坯料细度适当放粗,以及合理的修坯刀具和走刀路线设计,均可有效降低大型瓷绝缘子的伞部开裂损失,从而提高产品的全过程合格率,降低产品的制造成本。

| Abstract: | The author describes the cause of formation of shed-crack on insulators and their prevention.As a conclusion,introducing some additive in the material,enlarging material grain and improving cutter edge profile and cutting route could reduce rejection of insulator body caused by shed-crack.As a result,the rate of qualified product is increased and cost is decreased subsequently. |
