基于AutoCAD平台的冲压排样系统设计

摘    要:理论分析出影响冲压排样材料利用率的主要因素,以AutoCAD为载体利用lisp语言的优势设计程序。通过程序得到冲裁坯料在单排样、多排样、混合排样等方式下排样的最优方案,将排样结果以CAD图形输出,并输出利用率曲线。经过企业实际应用证明该系统具有很强的实用性,为企业节约了大量的成本。

Abstract:Main factors that have effects on the utilization efficiency of stamping were investigated. The program were designed by taking advantage of lisp-language based on AutoCAD. Whether it is single nesting,more nesting,or mixed nesting,layout can be optimized,Outputing the results by CAD drawing and the curve of utilization efficiency. It has proved that this software is applicable and cost-effective by one company.
