摘    要:采用风险率增量法、可能最大风险率方法两种汛限水位调整风险评估计算模型,利用Java语言、JSP、Flex技术、Hibernate数据库访问技术、SSH系统架构、ExtJs等目前较为先进的计算机技术设计并开发了标准、通用的水库汛限水位调整风险评估系统.主要介绍了系统的体系结构、功能模块和关键技术.

Abstract:A risk assessment system for adjusting reservoir normal water level in flood season has been first established both inland and abroad.Two risk assessment models for adjusting reservoir normal water level in flood season in which the risk ratio incremental method and probable maximum risk ratio method are adopted.The risk assessment system,which is standard and universal,is designed and developed by advanced computer technology,such as Java,JSP,Flex technique,Hibernate database accessing technique,SSH system architecture,etc.The system architecture,functional module and key techniques are introduced in the paper.The system has advantages in advanced technology,friendly interface,convenient operation,favorable interaction,strong commonality;and it has been applied to the risk assessment for adjusting reservoir normal water level in flood season of the Banqiao reservoir and the Three Gorges reservoir.
