| 摘 要： | 包装膜输送时的走偏,是影响无菌包装机的生产率及性能的重要因素.由于薄膜走偏是随机的,必须进行自动检测及控制.本文设计了一种能自动纠偏的装置,并分析讨论了用PLC对纠偏装置进行控制的原理及编程方法.

| Abstract: | Kinematical error of packaging film feeding is one of important factors which has been influenced on functions and production efficiency of aseptic sack filling machine. Because kinematical error is stochastic, it must be automatically measured and controlled. The article has designed a kind of automatically rectifying error mechanism and analysed controlling principle and edited a program method which it has made use of PLC to mechanism. |
