| 摘 要： | 作者通过对压铸过程的分析 ,总结了产生飞边的各种原因 ,重点分析了刚度和热应力对飞边的影响 ,并指出了相应的防治措施和对压铸模CAE的方法 ,对压铸模设计和压铸生产过程的优化具有一定的实际指导意义。

| Abstract: | The various reasons which cause the flashes are analyzed during the process of high pressure die casting. The analysis on stiff of the mould and thermal-stress are emphasized. Relevant measures to solve this problem and CAE on the mould are presented which may benefit the optimal design of the mould and process of high pressure die casting practically. |
