微生物转化人参皂苷Rb1为Rg3的研究

摘    要:利用18种菌株对人参皂苷Rb1进行生物转化研究,发现一种绿毛状GY-06菌使人参皂苷Rb1有效地转化为Rg3.经形态学和内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)基因序列分析,确定其为一种扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum).

Abstract:18 microbial strains were used to screen their ability for the microbiological transformation of ginsenoside Rb1. GY-06 were found to convert ginsenoside Rb1 eficiently to Rg3. Blast results of ITS gene sequence of the strain GY-06 established that the strain GY-06 belonged to Penicillium and was close to Penicillium expansum.
