高温小直径多参数高速遥测仪器研制

摘    要:针对遥测仪器在超深井施工中存在耐温性能低、传输速率低、仪器外径大、测量参数少等问题,研发了高温小直径多参数高速遥测测井仪。基于一体化保温瓶技术的耐高温设计和小直径机械结构设计解决了仪器耐温和外径大的问题。仪器集成了磁接箍、主辅电源、井温、张力、泥浆电阻率、自然伽马、井斜、方位等信号的处理采集电路,实现了多参数测量功能。基于ADSL和以太网技术设计的遥测单元使仪器的数据传输速率达到1100 kbps以上,大幅提高了数据传输速率。仪器具有耐温高、重量轻、结构紧凑、测量参数多、传输速率高、可靠性强等特点,室内测试和实际应用效果较好。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low temperature resistance,low transmission rate,large outer diameter and few measurement parameters in the ultra-deep well logging operation,the high-temperature small diameter high-speed telemetry instrument with multiparameter was developed.The high-temperature resistance design is based on the integrated thermos technology and the small-diameter mechanical structure design improves the temperature resistance of the instrument and reduces the outer diameter of the instrument.It has realized the multiparameter measurement by integrating the signal processing and acquisition circuits of magnetic coupling,main and auxiliary power,well temperature,tension,mud resistivity,natural gamma,well deviation and azimuth,etc.The telemetry unit based on ADSL and Ethernet technology makes the data transmission rate reach more than 1100 kbps,greatly improving the data transmission rate.The instrument has advantages of high temperature resistance,light weight,compact structure,multiparameter measurement,high transmission rate,strong reliability,etc.,and the effect of indoor test and practical application is good.
