全尺寸气体爆破试验用管道设计技术难点

摘    要:对于高钢级大口径天然气管道而言,需要通过全尺寸气体爆破试验来确定钢管止裂韧性。全尺寸爆破试验用管道及附属设施设计是否合理,决定了全尺寸气体爆破试验是否能够顺利实施并获得可靠的试验结果。研究计算得到了爆破试验用储气管道及试验管道长度,以及试验管道上安装的线性聚能切割器长度、止裂器厚度、长度等关键参数。以上关键技术问题的解决保障了X80及X90系列全尺寸气体爆破试验的顺利开展。

Technology Problems of Pipeline Design for the Full-scale Burst Testing

Abstract:For high-grade large-diameter gas pipeline,full-scale burst testing is indispensable to determine the pipeline arrest toughness.The design of pipeline and pipeline accessories which are used in the full-scale burst testing is very important for it decides if the full-scale burst test can be successfully carried out and reliable results can be got.During present study,some key parameters have been calculated including test section length,gas reservoir length,linear shaped cutter length,arrestor thickness and length.The solution of these design problems guarantees that serials of X80 and X90 full scale burst tests have been successfully carried out.
