S—10系列压风机动力机组的技术改造

摘    要:S— 1 0系列压风机动力机组是 2 0世纪 70年代的产品 ,已不能满足使用要求。鉴于此 ,对该系列机组做了技术改造 :选用国产MWM2 3 4V8柴油机作动力机 ,在传动系统中采用新研制的ELJ2 2 0液压离合减速箱 ,实现了自动控制和遥控 ,更换内部齿轮后 ,在速度比 0 8~ 4 2之间有 9组速度比。MWM2 3 4V8柴油机配用ELJ2 2 0液压离合减速箱后 ,柴油机功率和扭矩增加 ,燃油消耗降低 3 0 %,润滑油消耗降低 89%。以一台机组一年工作 1 50 0小时计算 ,可节省燃油近 2 0t、润滑油约 5 5t;机组工作可靠性显著提高 ,维修使用费相应减少 80 %以上。

Abstract:The old power unit on Series S—10 air compressors cannot meet the need of modern production in oilfields. Technical reform was made. Model MWM234V8 diesel engine was selected as power machine, newly developed ELJ220 reducer with hydraulic clutch was adopted in the transmission system, realizing automatic control and remote control of the unit, and the inner gears were changed, providing 9 speed ratios. Provided with ELJ 220 reducer, the diesel engine has increased power and torque with a 30% reduction of fuel consumption and 89% reduction of lubricant oil. The reliability of the power unit is improved remarkably, and the maintenance cost is decreased greatly.
