摘    要:我国钻机盘式刹车技术与美国存在较大差距,主要表现在数量少、规格不全、品种少、技术水平低。影响我国盘式刹车技术发展的主要原因,除了技术、经济和管理等方面外,是对盘式刹车的工艺特性和配套控制技术的重要性认识不足,而工艺特性是盘式刹车工作性能的核心,其主要指标是响应特性与微调特性。要进一步加强工艺特性研究与攻关,同步开展配套控制技术的研究与开发,重视使用与维修人员的岗前培训等。设想再用10年左右的时间,争取基本完成包括主体技术和配套技术开发在内的盘式刹车技术的研究与开发,在总体上达到美国20世纪末的技术水平。

Abstract:The level of the technique of disc brake for drilling rigs in China is rather low compared to that in the United States owing to smaller quantity, less dimensions and variaties. Besides the causes of technology, economy and management, the factors influencing the development of disc brake technique in our country lie in less attention being taken on the importance of the technological characteristic and matching control technique of the disc brake. The technological characteristic of the disc brake, taking response characteristic and fine control characteristic as its main indexes, is the core of its service behaviour. To develop the disc brake technique in China, the authors put forward some suggestions in the light of the above mentioned problems, and offer a plan for carrying out all the research and development of disc brakes in 10 years.
