摘    要:JL3 5—DZ型钻井液离心机是在引进国外技术的基础上 ,结合国内实际 ,应用变频调速、延时程控和自动冲洗等先进技术而研制的新机型。着重对这种离心机优化设计中涉及的行星齿轮机构及安全装置、行星轮轴套及机构的润滑条件、供料泵及变频调速装置、延时控制及自动冲洗装置等问题做了深入分析 ,指出其技术关键和先进性。给出了安全销直径、行星轮轴套与行星轮孔的配合间隙及机构润滑油加注量的计算方法。

Abstract:Model JL35—DZ drilling fluid centrifugal is developed by applying frequency control, time delay control and automatic cleaning techniques. An investigation is made in some problems with the optimization of the centrifuge, including the planetary gear mechanism and safety device, lubricating condition of planetary gear sleeve and mechanism, feeding pump and frequency control mechanism, time delay and automatic cleaning devices. The key technique and advantages of the centrifuge are pointed out. The methods for calculating the diameter of safety pin, fit clearance between the sleeve and hole in the planetary gear, and the quantity of the lubricants filled in the gear mechanism are presented.
