浅谈采油螺杆泵与油井的匹配问题

目前,各油田使用的采油螺杆泵都存在过早失效的现象,经长期研究认为,除了产品的制造质量外,还有螺杆泵与油井不匹配的问题。重点叙述了2种匹配不合理的工况和1种匹配合理的工况,其中一种匹配不合理的工况特点是油井的供液能力强,静液面和采液指数高,而选配的泵流量小,扬程高;另一种匹配不合理的工况特点是油井的供液能力不足,采液指数很低,而选配的泵流量过大;匹配合理的工况特点是泵的工作点在高效点附近,并要保证螺杆泵的正常工作沉没度。

Matching of screw pumps with oil wells

The premature failure of screw pump is related not only to the manufacturing quality, but also to the matching between the screw pumps and the oil wells. Two improper working conditions and one proper working conditions are discussed. One of the two improper working conditions is characterized by high fluid supply capability, high static liquid level and productivity index, and pump selected has low flow rate and high hoisting height; the other improper working condition is characterized by insufficient fluid supply, low productivity index and excessive large pump flow rate; while under the proper working condition, the working point of the pump is near the high efficiency point, and the submergence depth of the screw pump should be ensured for normal operation.
