摘    要:DQZJ—20Y液力传动钻机采用液力机械变速箱,传动柔和,适应外载荷变化的能力强,可实现无级变速变矩及反转制动。现场试验表明,钻机功率利用率高,起升速度快;反转制动特性减轻了带刹车的载荷;变矩特性加强了处理事故的能力。通过液力变矩器驱动钻井泵可同时保护原动机和工作机;在保持柴油机额定转速的条件下,可实现泵压的全过程控制。针对散热装置、倒挡离合器和过滤器等方面暴露的问题提出了改进意见。

Abstract:Model DQZJ—20Y hydrodynamic drive drilling rig, provided with hydraulic gearbox, possesses soft transmission and high adaptability to the load change, and can realize stepless speed and torque regulation and inverse rotation brake. Field test shows that, this rig is characterized by high power utilization ratio, high hoisting speed, less load on the belt brake, and high capability of dealing with accidents. By using the hydraulic torque converter to drive the mud pump, both the prime motor and the working machine can be protected, and the pump pressure can be controlled in the whole course of drilling if the rated rotary speed of the diesel engines is kept. Measures for solving the problems with the heat radiator, reverse gear clutch and filter are put forward.
