| 摘 要： | 利用CADDS5软件的参数化设计方法 ,对射流泵结构模型参数实现参数化虚拟设计。先设计关键部件的结构 ,再确定射流泵应用尺寸。绘图时 ,先建立尺寸变量的约束关系。若要改变某些零件结构尺寸 ,可改变与此尺寸有约束关系的参数 ,而不改变整个设计方案。然后对零件分块造型 ,并修饰零件结构 ,再将各零件组合成一个完整的泵体 ,配合各方位的移动和旋转 ,得到更完整清晰的结构图。实践证明 ,参数化虚似设计提高了射流泵结构的设计精度。

| Abstract: | By means of CADDS5 software, the virtual parametrization design of the structural model of jet pumps are carried out. The structure of the key parts are designed first of all, and then the actual dimensions of the jet pump are determined. The concrete method of the virtual design is described. And it is proved the accuracy of design of the jet pump can be improved by applying the virtual design method. |
