基于流体体积的两栖车辆阻力并行数值计算

摘    要:为了在概念设计阶段评价两栖车辆的水上性能,研究了采用流体体积函数(VOF)多相流模型对两栖车辆进行模拟计算的可行性,提出了使网格单元体积变化均匀的混合网格划分方法,比较了并行计算环境下的不同网格分割方法,给出了计算结果收敛的评价指标,并分别采用稳态静网格、瞬态静网格和瞬态动网格三种模型对轮式两栖车辆的阻力进行了计算.结果表明,模拟和试验的误差可控制在10%内,在当前技术条件下瞬态静网格模拟方法是比较可靠的两栖车辆阻力计算方法.

Abstract:To evaluate the performance of amphibious vehicles during its conceptual design phase,volume of fluid(VOF) multiphase model was taken to simulate the amphibious vehicle's running on the water.A hybrid meshing method that lessened the grid cell volume gradient was proposed and mesh cell partition methods for parallel computing were compared.The computation convergence evaluation rules were given,and the steady-state static grid,the transient static grid, the transient dynamic grid calculations were taken to compute the running resistance for roller vehicles.The simulation results were compared with those of the experiment,and showed that the error was within 10%,and the transient static grid simulation method was the most reliable for computing the resistance of amphibious vehicles at present.
