摘    要:利用多种分析手段对旧报纸漂白过程中溶解与胶体物质(DCS)的特性进行了分析。结果表明,DCS中DS(溶解物质)含量约占92%,而CS(胶体物质)仅占7.6%左右;DCS中灰分含量为63%;DS的电导率约占DCS电导率的90%;DS的阳电荷需求量占DCS电荷需求量的84%;DCS的浊度主要由CS贡献;DCS中的木素主要以溶解性木素存在;DCS中脂肪酸的含量较高;DCS中碳水化合物主要为木聚糖。

Abstract:Anionic dissolved and colloidal substances, which can influence the runnability of paper machine and the properties of paper, are released during the recycling of waste paper, especially the old newspaper. The characteristic of the anionic substances were analyzed by using several analysis methods in this study. The results showed that the content of DS (dissolved substances) accounts for about 92% of the DCS(dissolved and colloidal substances), but the CS(colloidal substances) only accounts for about 7.6%. The ash content in the DCS is 63%. The conductivity and the cationic demand of DS account for 90% and 84% of that of the DCS respectively. Colloidal substances mainly contributes to the turbidity of DCS. The lignin in the DCS mainly is dissolved lignin. There is a pretty high content of fatty acids in DCS and the xylanase is the main component of the carbohydrates of DCS.
