铜转炉富氧吹炼炉衬腐蚀机理研究

摘    要:通过铜转炉富氧吹炼前后风口区及风口上方区域炉衬腐蚀样的X射线衍射,光学显微分析和SEM分析,研究了冰铜吹炼过程中金属Cu、Cu2S及Fe3O4对镁质耐火砖衬体侵蚀机理以及Cu,Cu2S和Fe3O4沿耐火砖裂隙与毛细孔分布规律.

Abstract:By XRD and SEM analying the samples of lining conosion near tuyere and its up-side zone of matte converter by air and oxygen-enriched blow,The corrosion mechanism of Cu,Cu 2S and Fe 3O 4 influencing on magnesia refractory,and distribution of Cu,Cu 2S and Fe 3O 4 along refractory fracture and capillary are studied in matte converting process.
